Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion, and a person at the studio answers within 30 days.
Vorngix is a four-person brand studio in Austin. We hold very little about you: what you typed into a form or the chat, the emails that followed, and for clients the project file. This page says what that is and how to get it back.

- Who holds it

- What we hold
- Name, phone, email and the street or city you gave us, the text of your inquiry or chat, the estimator configuration if you sent one, and the time it arrived. For clients: invoices, briefs and approval emails.
- What you can ask for
- A copy of all of it. A correction of anything wrong. Deletion of anything we are not required to keep. You can also ask us to stop emailing you.
- How fast
- 30 days at most from the day we confirm it is you. Most requests close in under a week.
- What it costs
- Nothing. We do not charge for a request, and we do not ask why you are making it.
- How you get it
- A single PDF and a plain CSV export, sent to the email address already on file. Paper by post on request.
- What we must keep
- Invoices and payment records for paid work, for 7 years, because tax law says so. Those stay even after a deletion request; everything else goes.

01How we check it is you
We reply to the email address that is already in our records and ask you to confirm. That is all. No copy of a driving licence, no utility bill. If the address you write from is not one we have, we will ask one or two questions only the real sender could answer, such as roughly when you contacted us and what the inquiry was about.
Writing on someone else's behalf? Send written permission from them. We will not hand one client's project emails to another person on a phone call, however reasonable it sounds.
02Access
A copy means everything: form submissions, chat transcripts, emails in the studio inbox, and notes we made about the inquiry. If you became a client, it also covers the brief, the revision notes from both rounds and the approval emails. The design source files are already yours under the handover in our terms; ask, and we will send them again.
03Correction
New phone number, or we spelled your name wrong? Tell us the right version. We change it everywhere it lives, including the contact record and future invoices, and send you a short note confirming what changed. Past invoices are not rewritten, but a correction note is attached to them.
04Deletion
We delete inquiries, chat history and correspondence from the studio inbox and from the site's own storage. Backups roll over within 35 days, so a deleted record is fully gone after that. The only thing we keep is the payment record described above.
One honest consequence. If you delete everything and later want a file from a past project, we may no longer have it. Keep your handover folder somewhere safe first.
05Advertising and cookie data
Click identifiers such as gclid, msclkid and fbclid, and any advertising cookies, are only stored after you allow storage in the cookie banner. Google, Microsoft and Meta hold their own records of ad clicks; we cannot delete those for you, but the cookie ledger links to each platform's controls, and the privacy notice explains how Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage at denied until you allow storage, and sets them back to denied when you decline. You can withdraw that choice at any time with the cookie settings button in the footer.
